Female Roommate for early June

Description

Hi there, I’m looking for a roommate to move in with me when my current lease ends in early June. I’d love to live with a queer neurodivergent female close to my age. It’d also be nice to find someone that would want to occasionally eat/hang out together as I’m relatively social. Price shown doesn’t include utilities, trash, WiFi, and renters insurance. There is a pet rent and deposit required if it isn’t service/esa. This is a bottom story apartment. Your private bathroom would
have a shower, toilet, and a sink with lots of counter space. The room is has a decent sized closet and it currently fits a queen bed, a dresser, and a medium sized desk. Bedrooms have electric baseboard heaters and the rest of the apartment has electric wall heaters and a fireplace. This apartment has tons of extra storage, two closets when you walk in, plenty above washer/dryer, a pantry, and a closet outside on the fenced patio (no lock, but never had a an issue). Apartment is right next to a dog park (not at all noisy) and very close to the office/pool/other amenities. Shared spaces will be mostly furnished by the time of move-in (currently assembling furniture and decorating). It will be a shared space/decor with room for anything that’s yours. I have two indoor cats, both fixed females who love everyone they meet and vice versa. They’ve also gotten along with a previous roommate’s cat. One fixed indoor cat, maybe two at most, is welcome. The apartment staff and maintenance workers are incredibly helpful and kind. There is a fair amount of visitor parking and I have never had an issue with people parking in our reserved spots.
