Looking for a year term lease tenant for my spare bedroom and shared bathroom with the option to renew after a year. Willing to discuss shorter lease terms. The bedroom comes with a shared bathroom with one other tenant. I am currently the only person living in the house as both spare bedrooms are vacant so at this time you wouldn’t share the bathroom until the 3rd bedroom is rented out. Please note, the bedroom will be completely empty before you move in. There is a third half bath on the first floor that can be used as well, of course. This bedroom has a inch Tv that can be used or removed if not needed. Just feel free to let me know in advance so I can make sure it is removed before your move in. About the house - the house is 3 bedrooms, and three bath. The master bedroom is occupied and the second and third bedroom are vacant until rented. HOA plows the driveway when it snows more than half an inch and they are really good with keeping up with it the very next morning. All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent price. There is a washer & dryer included. I also have a fenced backyard if you have pets. I would just want to make sure our pets get along before the move in. The house is fully furnished in the common area for all cooking supplies and the living room has a inch TV with a surround sound that all tenants are welcome to use. The house has a simplisafe security system that you can add on your phone that views the porch, the door bell, and the backyard. Our HOA club house has a pool for the summer time as well. The security deposit is the first month of rent to pay before moving in. $/monthly rent price that includes all utilities. Optional $ to have an indoor garage parking spot since there will be 3 people living in the house and there is only 2 indoor garage spots.
