Hello! I recently leased an
apartment in UC. I’m looking for a roommate (preferably female) to rent out the other room/bathroom starting as early as April 1st.

Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances
In-unit washer/dryer
Private balcony
Unfurnished
Assigned parking spot for yourself (guest parking available)
Amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, lounge area with BBQ, volleyball court, playground, gym
Preferably no pets
Other details: Apartment is located approximately minutes from UCSD, a less than 5 minute drive to UTC mall, bus stops easily accessible.

To give a little information about me, I’m an NAU grad (go Jacks!), enjoy working out, reading, and hanging out with friends/family. I’m always open to building more friendships and am respectful when it comes to others’ boundaries/space. IG: kristipenera
