2 bedrooms

Description

Two ten by ten ft rooms available, move in date would be June second (must rent together, total for both is what is listed) with private bathroom. The house total is seventeen hundred sq ft. There is a large dog and 2 cats in the house and unfortunately we are maxed out per our landlord for pets so we are looking for someone (or a couple) without pets. The house is also quite private, tucked back behind a larger neighborhood. It comes equipped with a very spacious back deck and is partially / mostly furnished. One of the rooms may have a full size bed available to remain but unsure exactly (I would recommend being prepared for them to be unfurnished). LGBT friendly is an absolute must! We also like being about to share the space amicably if possible so someone with similar interests would be great! We both enjoy video games and board games, and I (Lucas) also love reading whereas Kaden likes to crochet in his free time. Smoking is only ok outside. We would prefer someone close to us in age just to make everyone comfortable, so between eighteen to thirty
