We share - common areas--Cherry Creek (zip - near the Cherry Creek mall) with hardwood, carpeted, and tile floors and granite counters throughout. High-speed business internet and all utilities are included. The only additional cost is the bi-monthly (every other week) cleaning with a third party, which is shared equally, Washer/dryer in the unit's laundry room. Great huge kitchen in the great room; formal dining room, powder bath, and an outdoor walled private patio space
