Hey hey! My friend Tyler and I are looking for a third roommate to move into a row house with us starting April 1st. We’ve already signed the lease, but we’d all be moving in at the same time, so the pictures we have are from the listing.

The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and is located between Truxton Circle and NoMa—a great spot close to bars, restaurants, and Metro access!

A little about us:
Tyler () met working on a campaign in Arizona and are both continuing to work in politics here in DC. He has an adorable cat named Bowie who would be our honorary fourth roommate. We’re both into hiking, camping, live music, and hanging out with friends—always down for a chill night in or a fun night out!

Rent: ~$/month (before utilities) and will vary slightly depending on the room size.
