Hi everyone! My name is Eden, and I’m looking for someone to move into a room in my amazing, light-filled apartment in Navy Yard! The apartment is a bath, so you’d get your own room and full bathroom. My current roommate is moving out to be closer to her work. The lease start date would be March th, but you could move in as early as next week. Rent for the room is about $ a month and utilities completely depend on the season, but I am open to negotiating. I honestly love this place so much and really couldn’t ever imagine leaving, so please please if you’re looking for somewhere to live, consider living with me!
