- Walking distance to Kings Gate Park and Ride & Totem Lake Freeway Station
- On special bus route to Seattle during rush hour.
- Easy access to Evergreen Hospital, Lake Washington Institute of Technology, UW Bothell Campus, and Microsoft
- Woodinville wineries and fantastic restaurants are about a 5-minute drive away.
- Close to The Village at Totem Lake (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.)

Lease Terms:
- Month to month sublease for one bedroom.
- Utilities and expenses are divided by the number of people living in the house to get an average flat rate.
- Also need last month’s rent and deposit.
- Will accept a reusable tenant screening report which accesses background checks, credit checks, eviction history and income verification.
