Looking for one roommate to complete our Cole Valley apartment starting mid April! We are located on Ashbury st. (8 minute walk from the Panhandle and even closer to Buena Vista)

Some details about the place:

•    Super cozy neighborhood with great coffee, food and drinks nearby (Zazie, Beit Rima, Bacon & Bacon, Luke's Local to name a few)

•     bath

•    Safe area with very easy parking (no street sweeping)

•    Washer and Dryer

•    /month in utilities (PG&E, Wifi)

•    Kitchen and living room are furnished!

•    The bedroom is huge with easily enough space for a queen bed, WFH setup and couch

•    5 minute walk to the N Judah, picks up in front of the house! Close to lots of transit

•    For all the chefs out there, the oven in this house is incredible (best pizza ever)

•    We have a sunny backyard with lots of space!

You will be living with:

•    Two housemates in their mid ’s who are friendly, clean, and love to have a good time! We like to play music, go climbing and hiking, we enjoy sports like soccer/basketball and hosting friends for dinner  - we respect each other's space and value communication

What we’re looking for:

•    We prefer a roommate in their mid s!

•    Respectful, clean in shared living space

•    Down to spend time together at home, but also down to do their own thing
