Vintage Townhome in Goose Hollow!

Cute vintage townhome just off of Vista and Burnside in Goose Hollow! We have a working fireplace in the living room, and an unfinished basement that I have turned into an art studio. The neighborhood is very safe - all of the neighbours are so sweet!

Located within a short walking distance to Washington park, Providence park, Trader Joes, and NW twenty third shops! About a fifteen minute walk to Powell’s Books as well.

Unfortunately this is a non-smoking property
:( however, you are able to smoke on the main sidewalk just next to the street! I personally don’t drink or smoke but have no problem if you do.

I have furnished the shared living areas with two couches, a Tv, dining table, coffee table, bookshelves, and a record player. I also have all the pots, pans, silverware, Tupperware, and other cooking utensils you made need! The bedroom itself is not furnished, and everything in there right now belongs to my current roommate, but I may be able to negotiate with her to see if she will leave her bed frame for a small fee if that is something you might need.


Split between the two of us, utilities cost around ninety/mo each. Gas costs about $, electricity about $, sewage about $, water about $, and Xfinity for internet is $ every month. (Xfinity just announced a price hike though, so the internet may go up). Cable is included in our rent! I also have a ring camera for the front and back door just for peace of mind, and there is an annual cost of $/year for that split between us as well.

Parking for this area is street parking only, unless you are able to score one of the parking garages on the property (currently they’re all occupied, so you would have to wait until someone gives their spot up, but they go for $/mo). Otherwise, street parking is Zone A parking for $/year!

There is on- laundry in the unit next door, and it’s $2 for wash & $2 for dry.

Lots of shared storage in addition to the closet in your room!


Unfortunately there is no dishwasher :(
