My partner and I currently live in a beautiful 3-story townhome at Normandy isles in quiet North Beach area by th St.

We're renewing the lease for another year, but my wife have to move out of state for work. So, we're looking for someone to take over the master bedroom on the 3rd floor, starting March 1st. It’s a large room, huge walk in closet, huge private balcony. The room comes furnished with king size bed (unless wanted unfurnished)

we have a total of 3 balconies in this apartment!

We have a living/work creative space with a working music studio and photography studio. (I am an artist and a music producer and my Gf is a photographer) and are looking for someone that also works in the creative industry but it’s also not necessary.

We have cats already and are pet friendly if you have your own pet

My wife will be living out of state for majority of the year so the roommate will majority be myself, I’m currently working 5 days a week out of the house and 2 days in the studio. i’m years old passionate music and video creator, I love fashion, art, animals and I’m Super cool and respectful guy from Venezuela and friendly.

There is a garage and a parking space available

Rent is $ for private 3rd floor master bedroom with private bathroom and $ for the single bedroom on the second floor and utilities (electric, wifi) are split
