Hey all, a room in my apartment has became available. It’s an furnished bedroom in a bathroom( share bathroom)modern apartment
with a courtyard.

Rent: $per week ( $monthly) including internet bills.

Other bills: Bills split evenly, water, hot water, electricity

Area: Location in Carnegie Vic

Stay duration: 6months plus

Apartment/room:

- Apartment is fully furnished with full kitchen utensils etc

- there is courtyard with a few plants and I have a small portable BBQ stove which you are welcome to use

- House is located close to the Djerring Trail (running and cycling track right in back of our courtyard)

- About 3 min walk to Carnegie station and Murrumbeena station.

- 3 min walk to the closest IGA, 8 min walk to Carnegie Shopping center( Woolworths, Aldi, Priceline, Chemist)

-5 min walk to fruits and vegetables shops, cafes

-The room comes with a queen-size bed (bring your own blanket, pillows, and bedsheets), a full built-in robe, and a side table.

I’m looking for:

- Non-smoker

- Someone who is clean and tidy as we will be sharing a bathroom

- Someone who can show proof of employment and payslips etc as the agent will require this.

- A friend who can enjoy quiet nights.
