Need someone to take over my lease.

Description

I live at The Dean Reno and looking for someone to take over my lease. They lease by the bedroom NOT for the entire apartment. There are 3 other guys living here so you will have 3 roommates. You will have your own bathroom and bedroom and it comes with a parking space in the parking garage. Fully furnished and updated appliances including in unit washer and dryer. There is a private pool and hot tub as well as a resident lounge area. The apartment is on the th floor which is a penthouse level suite.
The lease ends July a month.
