Single or Couple! Bath

Available March 1st! My girlfriend (F) and current roommate (F) will be renting out the spare master bedroom when my two other roommates and I leave after the lease is over. I will not be living here myself, I am only helping them find a roommate. Rent depends if you are a couple ($ each) or if you are single ($). They would prefer long term couples to feel more secure in their choice. The apartment is a bath with small shared back yard with 3 other units. There is a front and rear entrance with a one shared garage parking spot available unless you’d like to pay the whole garage fee of $ so you can be the only one to use it. The roommates will be my girlfriend (F) and my current roommate (F). My girlfriend is currently a college student majoring in art history and working part time as a shift lead at a smoothie restaurant. My roommate is currently working part time as a shift lead soon to be manager at a fast food restaurant. They are both cannabis friendly, with 4 cats total. They are both very friendly and I feel can create a safe space for potential roommates!
