Roomie wanted for a nice townhouse

Hi, I’m wanting a 3rd roommate for this nice bath townhouse, my current roommate Arya and I are living in the area and wanting to move to a bigger and nicer place and with a 3rd person our rent would be better. Arya’s , we both work full time, go to the gym, and have productive lifestyles. We’re wanting to sign a lease for this place and move into within the next month.
Also, a little bit about myself I went to San Clemente High School, graduated with a bachelors in Software Engineering from CSUF and work full time in Tustin, and enjoy going to the gym and hanging with friends and family on the weekend and have no pets, good income, high credit, and perfect renters history.
