Spacious private room in Whittier!

Description

I am looking for a roommate to take over the master suite in my apartment starting for the February rent. I am recently divorced and on a new budget that means I will need to live with someone moving forward to keep up the rent given recent disability and work adjustments to keep up with the place. The furniture that is still in the photos is expected to be moved out by the end of the month. If that changes, I will update this listing to reflect the furnishings being included in the rent. The apartment is kept very clean other than a few doors
that need fixed cosmetically from when my kids were still around. Being I do not have them visiting, it is just me and my cat Seamus for the time being. I am not one to typically have overnight guests.
