There is a small art room for drawing, painting, tv or music. The house is on a few quiet and safe acres in the country, but close to the I:/Gardner Exit.Ten minutes to I:. Ideal for someone working at the Intermodal-about mins away, Olathe, OP, Paola Ottawa, Edgerton.
I have cats that are % outdoors- their choice. I am seeking a stable, mature, working, no drugs, no alcoholics, no smoking or vaping, no felons, no previous evictions, no jerks and of course, NO DRAMA.
There is a month to month rental agreement.
$ per month includes all utilities
$ deposit- returned if room is left as you got it.
There is some garage storage for totes, if needed. No garage for car/motorcycle. Naturist
May consider very well behaved dog with additional fee/rent. The land is not fenced to keep a dog.
