Looking for a girl, as there is a girl living in the other room of this 2 bedroom apt. This apartment is a 10 minute walk to UK's campus which is great for students, as well as a 3 minute walk to popular restaurants like Chipotle, Street Craves, Noodle &Co., Two Keys, Pazzos, and many others. It's on S. Broadway about an 8 minute walk to get into the heart of downtown making it easy to go out, go to basketball games at Rupp Arena without having to worry about parking, as well as to get to many jobs in and around Lexington. This apartment has a washer/dryer in the unit, a great kitchen that is plenty big for cooking meals, a dishwasher, a small patio, cable, and wifi. This apartment is also pet friendly, and if you choose to bring a pet its only $25 extra a month. This apartment does not cover electric, but electric is usually not very expensive, and is split in half with the other roommate. This sublease price includes parking in an underground parking garage, so parking will never be an issue, and you will never have to worry about your car getting snowed on, or taking the time to scrape off ice if you have to run to work or class.
