Hello, I'm a 29-year-old female renting a bedroom in my apartment. It's a large room, with hardwood floors and a nice size walk-in closet. I currently use the room for storage. We will share the bathroom and the kitchen.

I'm searching for a responsible, honest, trustworthy, respectable roommate as these are the qualities you will find in me. I work a lot and my schedule varies and can be crazy. My building is very quiet, so I enjoy that after a long week of work. I'm not looking for a party animal or anyone with guests and friends over every day and night. No boyfriends shaking up in the room. I'm a neat person especially when it comes to the kitchen and bathroom. If you cook, please clean up after yourself - the same day, please. I have a mini fridge(shown in the pic) that you can use for personal use. Just keep it clean.

The rent will be $675 per month - due on the 1st. This includes lights, wifi, and I can get a cable box for the room if you'd like. There's plenty of street parking and there's a laundry mat nearby.
