Hello, I am a private landlord that accepts short and long term leases - No credit check and I consider low credit score.

$7OO per month plus $7OO refundable security deposit. This is a private room of the house with a shared 2 sink bathroom with 1 other person (This also includes fastest unlimited gigablast internet with cox and utilities).

Rooms will be clean and furnished upon move in (if you don't need the bed and tv included, I can always removed these items). Comes with a ceiling light fan. It also comes with it’s own key/door lock.

House is located in Centennial Hills, northwest side of town. New and safe area if your not too familiar with Vegas.

I am very chill and professional at the same time, actual lease agreement, that's month to month. I been renting out rooms for 8 years now; I know how to pick good roommates from bad, a couple simple house rules, no chaos, no drama.

Need recent pay stubs/forms of income prior to move in.

High pressure shower head for the bathroom and curved curtain rod for extra shower space
Ceiling room fan light, bed, mini fridge, and Smart TV included

Lots of parking space with overnight parking (safe neighborhood and neighbors that look out for each other.)

Build in , energy efficient, not greedy with AC or heater lol you will be comfortable.
