Room comes with queen bed and one parking space under apartment. We are a coed apartment (myself, my bf, and his brother) looking for a some chill, cool roommate or roommates (open to couple) PRICING IS DIFFERENT FOR COUPLES($ each) we are friendly and outgoing we hope to find someone who respects personally space but also open to chilling and talking sometimes. Has to be able to clean after themselves, pay rent on time, pay bills on time. We are really cool and laidback just hoping to find that same energy.
