Looking for Roommate for Sublet

**Photos are from before I moved in I’m looking for a roommate to sublet to take over my old roommates part of the lease that ends August 1st. It’s a first floor unit inside of a house with a private back entrance and a shared front. If all goes well and you are interested, I’m interested in not renewing the lease and renting a larger space, but I do not have the people (or the money) to do so yet. I don’t have much furniture, just a couch, TV and a table. Looking for someone to move in before February. We split utilities. If interested, we can converse more in depth about other things. LGBTQ+ and friendly (outside only though) Move in fee is just one month’s rent. If you are interested, I will need to forward your information to my (possibly our) landlord to make sure you are approved
