The garage takes two cars and you can use the space for one.
I’m a male software engineer in s who enjoys surfing and music. I play music in the garage only Tuesday pm. Otherwise the house is quiet.
The rent is $ but negotiable.
Dogs are not allowed, but cats are allowed with some deposit.
