Helping get a replacement for my daughter's room. Lease ends late August. Preferably female, organized and cleans after herself. The lease is under a young, respectable, very clean man. He keeps to himself and there is no living room furniture to share. You do share the bathroom and kitchen. The only cost to you is a $ change of name on the lease. And your monthly rent of course which is due on the 1st.
