Located in an exceptionally safe neighborhood, our home is perfect for a working professional seeking a cozy home. We’re just 5 minutes from Smiths and also have a commuinty park with pool and outdoor gym.

Our home includes two friendly cats, so animal lovers are welcome (sorry, no additional pets). My son night shifts and I run my on business and sometimes I’m barley home, and we’d love to welcome a respectful, friendly roommate who values a calm and inviting space.

There is a hundred dollar common fee, which covers all utilities—high-speed internet, electricity, gas, water, washer, and dryer. Ample street parking is available.
