College student seeking roommate

Hello!

I've recent moved to the DFW area because of an internship. A little about me: I'm 22, a very easy going guy with a passion for travel! I've lived in 3 different continents and visited over two dozen countries. I'm a huge soccer fan, and occasionally I like to check out the nightlife on weekends.

The area is very safe with a starbucks/subway/fast food resturaunts close by. I also live right 5 minutes walking distance from the TRE Train station (Centreport) if you prefer using public transport.

Basically I'm looking for someone who is also pretty chill and easy to get along with. I am right next to the DFW airport and the American Airlines headquarters so flight attendants are welcome! The perfect roommate would be in his or her twenties, with a job or going to school, and no pets. You will also have to pass the background check Summers Landing (The apartment complex) does

The current lease goes on till September 2016, you can stay for a shorter period of time if that suits you. I will be moving out in September but you can choose to stick around if you want. I am polite, funny (at least I think I am), and clean. I will be at my internship from 7-6 everyday starting January 4th and then at the gym probably later at night so I won't be around too much. I also travel a lot often out of the country. The apartment is split up into 3 rooms, A dining room, a room by the patio and the actual bedroom. I'll be in the room by the patio so you can have the bedroom although the restroom would have to be shared between us.

Rent is 400$ a month including Wifi. Water, electric and everything else adds up to about an extra 60 or so. But you may get a discount if you are really cool.
