An A/C unit available in one of the rooms. Easy street parking in a quiet cul-de sac.; No smoking inside; Home has 3 large clean obedient dogs. Must be a clean person and assist in keeping his/her area and the general areas of the home clean at all times. Assisting in feeding the wild birds and stray cats outside the house is a plus.
If willing to walk dogs for pay it will be deducted from the rent.
