My roommate and I live in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment at University Greens. We are moving, but our lease does not end until July 31st. We are looking for two girls to take over two of the bedrooms as soon as possible. Each room has its own bathroom and walk-in closet, and they are both furnished. The other amenities include:

The rent is $449 per person, per month, and this covers all amenities. Also, PETS ARE ALLOWED. Plus, our unit is on the third floor, which adds extra security. This apartment is very close to campus, and it is also very close to Walmart Neighborhood Market. The third person in this apartment is sweet and will keep to herself. She likes to keep things clean, so that will not be an issue.
In the clubhouse there is a pool, a theater room that is available to rent out for a night, a computer lab with free printing, a complementary tanning booth, and a full work out facility. The management is great and is very prompt.
