Description

The private bedroom is available in a bathroom apartment condo. The guest bathroom will primarily be yours to use and shared with guests.

Has in-unit laundry and a dryer. Free parking spaces are available.

I have a small dog who is very friendly and well-trained.

My current roommate is getting married in February and moving out at the end of February. The room will be available beginning of March.

Rent includes all utilities, minus internet.
