I live in a at Atmosphere apartments in Lincoln Nebraska. It’s a great location, about a ten minute walk to the UNL campus and a two minute walk to the downtown Haymarket area. The unit has utilities included, a full kitchen, furnished living room, TV with streaming services, and in-unit washer and dryer. My three roommates are seniors at UNL! The complex has a hot tub, gym, study area, coffee bar, and a front desk team
