Room for rent (utilities included)

Description

I have a room for rent mainly looking for another female (male is also fine) the room is $ a month flat. This includes all my utilities (water,electric,gas,internet). The room comes with the loft bed and desk but it can’t be taken out if you’d rather not have it. (Room can also be repainted I honestly hate the pink color) we are a pet friendly household (you can have a single cat or dog.
