Room rentals with shared bathroom

Two of us currently reside in the home with two rooms available. Two fifty weekly, paid bi-weekly. Twelve month commitment. Located in North Attleboro, MA. Available
end of January . I’m a cosmetologist and occasionally provide respite for kids in care. He is a HVAC technician and going to school. We are basically pretty quiet and friendly. There is a nearby planet fitness 5 mins away as well as biking and hiking trails nearby. This is a single “family” home with “shared” responsibilities. Bathroom is a shared space. A background/cori check is required. No smoking in or on the property, no drugs, overnight guests or firearms allowed. Pool and laundry use with signed agreement. If your into nature and fitness a bonus! Located just minutes off the highway
in any direction. We are located approximately twenty-thirty minutes from Providence RI and about forty
minutes to Boston depending on traffic. Rooms have twin size beds but could possibly fit a full size. If you’d like to furnish yourself we could move the furniture downstairs. TVs in bedroom with streaming sticks. FYI- two cats live in the home
