Room for rent in 4 bedroom home.

Description

Looking for a mature and responsible individual to rent a room in my 4 bedroom home. Age not a factor as long as maturity is present. Non smokers only. I am 48 years old and am not looking to take care of you so you must pick up after yourself. I don't like dishes left in the sink, thats what the dishwasher is for. Main level has a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. One of them is used solely for the purpose of crafting/sewing. Two bedrooms upstairs. Basement is huge with a great recroom and storage area. Laundry room has new washer and dryer. No garage, but plenty of parking. Huge fenced in back yard.
