B APARTMENT - $ (excl utilities). The village at Chandler Crossing- East Lansing -MSU students. Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to transfer the lease of my room of bath apartment at The Village at Chandlers Crossing from January onwards(dates are flexible). I’m offering the lease at $ excluding utilities and insurance, which is far cheaper than many properties in East Lansing. There are 3 other friendly female Roommates.

The room is furnished with a bed frame, mattress, study table, chair, and side table. The room also has a closet. Wi-Fi is included.

The apartment has a living room with a kitchen, in-unit washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, and a couch. It is fully furnished with a TV set, a fridge and chairs, and a bar-style kitchen counter.

The apartment also has two of its bus stops (with offered free Semester CATA bus passes) with routes to grocery stores like Meijer and Krogers (5 minutes away), campus ( minutes away), and Grand River Avenue i.e. east Lansing downtown ( mins) with all your local restaurants and stores. It has a hot tub, gym, basketball court, movie theatre, pool table, ping pong table, study lounge, yoga room, volleyball court, and swimming pool. There are football grounds near the apartments and nature trails all around for walks.
