Available is a room for sublease in a townhome style apartment. The room is the largest in the unit and includes all furnishings (full sized bed, dresser, desk, and chair), walk-in closet, private bathroom, and newly replaced carpets. The unit itself is also fully furnished and has a private garage attached as well as a balcony. Rent is $/month and all sublease fees will be paid by myself. I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible!
