Message me if interested!If you want to stay a full year after Jan., you can renew the lease. There's free parking on the street, $ for a reserved parking space. Laundry on- but I personally think it could be cleaner, so I wash my clothes at a laundromat right down the street there's one a few minutes away as well. Utilities are WiFi ($), lights and water (ar cund $), trash and pest ($), renter's insurance ($)these are split 3 ways.
