Room for rent January-June

Description

I’m renting out my extra room in my house for at minimum the next months.(Jan - June)The house was remodeled this past year so pretty new with some old bones. The rent is /month plus half of utilities which include water, electricity, internet, gas. Probably about for utilities total at the highest. I pay around for current utilities so with the added usage it will probably come to being under for each of us. It’s on the west side of Bloomington near Walmart. About min drive to campus(stadium parking). The room is not furnished.

Amenities of the home include:
Bathroom that is the guest bath but also just yours.
Access to study room that is a craft/study room
Back deck
Laundry machines in garage
Offstreet parking but it is a single car driveway so we would have to figure out who parks first and who parks second depending on schedules
A yard that is going to be fenced in by spring time.
A bus stop down the road.

I do own a dog who is friendly but takes a bit to warm up to other dogs. So dogs allowed as long as they somewhat get along. currently planning on running a dog board/daycare/training business out of my basement. So it would not affect upstairs beyond some noise. It won’t be until early spring late winter that I start.
