I have an private room and bath available end of December/ beginning of January. It is unfurnished, and faces the lake and the flatirons. The unit itself is a corner unit, and has access to laundry on the floor. Off-street parking, and bus stop is a few minute walk away. There will be a dog and cat living there, both of whom are friendly, so you must be pet-friendly. Rent is $828 plus utilities.
