I was originally hoping to find a roommate to share the space and bills more equally—where you could bring in things like a TV or kitchen gadget and just make room for them, like any typical living situation. My lease ends in April, and I was wanting to sign a new lease for at least a year after that. But it seems like that kind of arrangement isn’t what most people are looking for, so I’ve decided to keep things a bit simpler.

I’m offering a cozy room with south facing sliding glass door to the patio, your own private bathroom, plus a designated cupboard and shelf in the fridge for your food. Rent includes utilities, with a non-refundable deposit to help cover any additional costs on my behalf. Parking is extra or off-street for free. I’m looking for someone who’s reliable and easygoing

Can be a basic furnished setup or unfurnished. The bed is a queen shown in the pictures. I work weird hours and only had the one light to use so it’s not as dark as it seems.. especially with that sliding glass door facing south.

No pets or partners, please.
