Description

This is a bath apartment equipped with a washer and dryer. It has updated appliances, furnished with hardwood floors, a kitchen island, and a miniature backyard. You have your own private carport if you own a vehicle, and pets are welcome except for cats. The rent is split between you and the person you’ll be roasting with, which is me. The amount is $ per month and does not include utilities. Utilities are split and it’s based off personal usage. This apartment is located in downtown East Point, 5 mintues away from East Point Marta Train Station. So you can easily travel to and/ or other locations from that specific station.
