ABOUT THE UNIT
- Garnet Street # Torrance, CA
- Located in a residential neighborhood in walking distance to a park, mins from the beach and ten mins to LAX.
- Your individual rent: $.one. per month. Your split of utilities (electric and internet): ~$eighty per month. Your total per month: ~$ per month.
- In-building washer/dryer.
- Dedicated parking spot!
- I’m very open to redecorating – I realize the place looks pretty sparse at the moment.
ABOUT THE ROOM
- The room will come unfurnished!! My roommate is almost done moving her stuff out.
- Dimensions of the main room (not including the attached bathroom) are about eleven by fourteen feet.

. I work full time out of the house and occasionally on weekends. I like to surf, cook, read, and play video games in my down time. Very awkward in front of a camera. Love a good homemade lemonade. What else? I have Celiac disease so I’m looking a roommate that wouldn’t cook with glutinous flour in the kitchen!!
You:
- Have a stable income
- Would agree to a co-cleaning schedule
- Are good communicator 😊
- Are NOT a straight man, a couple, or a parent with kids. You do not have a cat.
