My housemates and I are looking to fill a spacious bedroom in our four-bedroom house. Currently, there are four of us, and one of our roommates is moving out at the end of the month (available starting Dec th). We have one cat, and no more pets are allowed.

The house is in a really convenient location in SJ, near many major freeways, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
- Located near the intersection of Bascom Ave & West San Carlos St in San Jose
- Rent is hundred and all utilities are included in the rent
- Security deposit is hundred fifty
- Bathroom is shared with two others
- Two parking spots in the driveway and plenty of safe street parking
- Very close to Santana Row and Valley Fair Mall
- Lease is month to month but prefer those who are looking to stay longer term
- Looking for female roommates
- No more pets
