Looking for a new roommate- sdale

Description

Looking for a new roommate to either move in with me in my Apt at Skysong in South Scottsdale or for me to come share a space with them at their residence. I would like to stay in the Scottsdale area but would be willing to look as far as Biltmore area as well.

As for the person, ideally they would be friendly, outgoing, and respectful. Female preferred but I would consider living with a well mannered man also. I do enjoy to keep a clean house but am mainly concerned with the common areas. I would say I'm 420 friendy but to an extent. If you have your and don't smoke in the house then we will have no problems.

The place:
I would say I prefer a more modern look. I am willing to pay a bit more for a place that I feel is quality and I can be proud to call it home. I also prefer more of a open format floor plan or even a loft style place.
