Shared accommodations

Description

we have a town house with 3 floors, 2 bathrooms 1 full up stairs and one just a powder room. My boyfriend and I are taking over the place from my mom. It has been well taken care of. We are very reliable and trust worthy. We keep a clean house and are fairly quiet. I am currently a student at Okanagan college. We are looking for someone who is responsible and clean that we can trust. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level. The third would be a shared office space. The basement can be turned into a gathering area to enjoy time with guests without being interrupted. The room is not available until February as my mom needs time to move out, but we are looking for someone immediately to be on hold for that time.
