Summer 2 bedroom apartment rental

Description

My housemate and I have had to move out of our elwood apartment for summer and have to give up the lease. 1 room is already available as of the 27th of Nov. I leave on the 15th of december overseas but can vacate earlier if need be. The lease runs until april 20th 2016 and can be renewed beyond that if needed as well.

2 streets from Elwood beach, close to elwood shops (200m), close to barkly st bus service (150m), afternoon sunlight, large bedrooms and living room, new kitchen and bathroom appliances installed start of 2015. Included is a fridge and washing machine that we are not taking with us.
