Currently looking to move in somebody in recovery in my nice 2/2 apartment. Apartment includes:

Your own private bedroom

Full kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances

Tile throughout (carpet in bedroom)
Washer and dryer in unit
HD tv in common area and private hookup available in your bedroom
High speed blast wifi
Small patio out back
Remote for gated entry
Community pool and gym

The room can come included with mattress and furniture pictured or I can remove them from the room if you have your own.


About me:
I am 25 years old working a solid program of recovery
No drugs or alcohol in house
I work a full time job 8-5pm m-f
Attend 12 step meetings several times a week
Relaxed/ single/ chill NO DRAMA

Qualifications:

Single or only has a guest OCCASIONALLY
Looking for someone that works a solid 12 step program
Full time job
Clean and just a relaxed respectful Roomate
No drugs or alcohol in the house ever
Smoking on back patio only

To move in:
First months rent and asking a $500 deposit which will be returned once you leave.

After a month I am asking to split electricity costs. Living modestly on my own the total bill is about $60. Two people should be at $35-$40 each.
