I'm looking for a subleaser to fulfill the rest of my lease here at The Hive. If you don't know or haven't been in the Hive. It is a 2 year old modern and secure college living building. Everything is stainless steel and sleek looking. The whole apartment has laminate wood floors and the best part is the place is fully furnished. The bedroom includes a bed and bedframe, small 2 drawer dresser, a small closet, and a desk. If you would prefer bringing all your own bedroom furniture, the hive management will simply remove all of theirs. I currently live with 3 guys and a girl. They are all busy with either school or work and are rarely ever home, so this is a perfect place for anyone who is specifically trying to focus on school. Each bedroom has a heavy duty fire proof door with individual keyed locks. We have 2 hallways after you walk in right off the kitchen and living room area. We have one to the left that has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The one in the right hallway is the same except at the end of it is our washer and dryer for the unit. Bathrooms and big and spacious! They include a 2 sink vanity with a huge mirror so it's impossible to not get ready at the same time as another person. Rent is $595 a month and includes; off street parking, free membership to premier fitness (with other gym benefits like tanning and classes that they have), all utilities but XCel. We pay our own energy bill and its anywhere from $30-50 a person per month. You also get a free 50 inch HD T.V. in the living space and free wireless internet.
