The Bluff House

Hi all, I'm leaving Boulder for work and have a room to rent in the basement of a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. It's located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, and a 20 min walk from CU, with access to a bus line. We have 2 full kitchens and 2 porches, one with an awesome view of the mountains.
The room itself is spacious, if you wanted a king size bed you could do that. It's downside is that it does not have its own closet, but a portable closet is an easy fix for that. Besides that, it's a good space, it keeps warm and comfortable.
You would share the house with 4 other girls, all in their 20's and working/going to school. They are all hard workers and so usually aren't all home at the same time, but do like hanging out together. They're all active and love getting outside. Another female roommate is preferred.
