Room for rent in Montavilla Neighbo

My wonderful roommate and her son are moving out and I need another roommate. I am looking for someone to rent a bedroom and share the common areas. I am a single mom of two boys, and there is another roommate living downstairs. He is really nice and keeps to himself. I see him when he's coming or going and that's about it. There is a laundry room downstairs too. We also have a really big, fenced back yard, great for barbecues and kids to play!
I have pretty much anything you would need in a kitchen and I am happy to share it, I have some living room furniture, but the living room is big enough that it could fit a few more things if you have some you need to bring along. We also have quite a bit of storage space in the garage and the basement.
Being the mom, the downstairs roommate has left it up to me to pick the new roommate. We are pretty quite, don't drink much, don't smoke. I don't care if you do, as long as it's not excessive drinking and smoking happens outside. I would prefer a single person move in, or a single parent who shares a room with their child, but I am open to ideas. The room that will open is the biggest room in the house. It will be available January 1st, possible a little sooner.

Rent is $450 per month plus utilities, which we split 3 ways. We pay electric, water, gas and cable/internet. Electric is about $45 per month per person, water about $60 a month per person, gas is only about $5 per person and cable/internet is about $30. I am sorry, but no pets.
