(negotiable) and end on July 31st where you have the opportunity to sign for longer. It is $599 for rent, plus $50 utilities. I WILL EVEN PAY FOR YOUR FIRST MONTHS RENT! Blvd. 1900 is 10 minutes away from Arizona State University and is walking distance from the light rail. It is also closely located near the Tempe Market Place. The apartment comes fully furnished with utilities included: water, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, electric, cable, and garbage; it also has a 43" flat screen in the living room. It has a 24/7 fitness center as well as a rooftop hang out and study center. Blvd 1900 has a 24-hour access pool and hot tub with side pool for volleyball with barbecue and seating hang out. The room in question would be room one in the layout which can be found on the Blvd 1900 .
